Damages and issues
We take special precautions when packaging orders to ensure safe arrival, however, damages do happen once our packages are handed off to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo of your unused product to info@theinsessioncandle.com within 24-hours of your unused order delivery. You MUST file a damage claim with the shipping carrier in order to receive store credit. Any claims beyond the 24-hour timeframe will not be accepted. No exceptions will be granted.
Should you receive the incorrect candle(s) within your order, please contact us immediately via email at info@theinsessioncandle.com with a picture of your order receipt that includes the current date your order was submitted along with the actual item(s) you received.
